Senior bankruptcy and restructuring lawyer sought to join a global law firm’s Denver office. The role focuses on creditor-side matters, restructuring, insolvency proceedings and out-of-court workouts across commercial and financial sectors.

This is a partner-level opening for an attorney who will lead engagements, develop business and expand a creditor-oriented practice in the region. The team handles complex contested and transactional assignments involving lenders, creditors' committees and distressed creditors.

Established partner with significant creditor-side bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights experience
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business or demonstrable origination capability preferred
Ability to lead matter teams, mentor junior lawyers and work cross‑practice with finance and litigation groups
Admission to practice in Colorado or ability to become admitted
