Senior transactional/litigation partner opportunity in New York focused on bankruptcy, restructuring and creditor-side finance matters. The role will handle complex insolvency matters, out-of-court restructurings and creditor workouts for a broad mix of lenders and distressed stakeholders.

The team advises on creditor rights, distressed financings and restructuring strategies across domestic and cross-border matters. The group is seeking an experienced partner who can lead engagements, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development.

Portable practice and existing client relationships will be valued; the role is structured to integrate a lateral partner’s established book of business into an active bankruptcy and finance platform.

Established partner with significant experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights work
Proven record advising lenders, creditors’ committees or distressed stakeholders on restructurings and creditor-side finance
Strong business development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Licensed to practice in New York or eligible for admission
