Seeking a partner to join a busy bankruptcy and restructuring group in Florham Park. The role will lead creditor-side restructuring and distressed-debt matters, manage significant chapter proceedings and workouts, and provide strategic advice to institutional and corporate creditor clients.

The successful candidate will have partner-level experience running matters, supervising teams, and driving business development. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in creditors' rights/distressed-debt are welcome.

Established partner track record in bankruptcy, restructuring or creditors' rights
Experience on distressed-debt matters, creditor representations and chapter proceedings
Proven ability to originate work and develop client relationships; portable practice preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
