Leading national law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Fort Lauderdale bankruptcy and restructuring team. The role focuses on creditor-side work, distressed debt, restructurings and related finance matters across domestic insolvency and workouts.

Ideal candidate will have an established practice handling creditor rights, debtor/creditor negotiations and complex restructurings. The team advises financial institutions, creditors’ committees and other commercially focused stakeholders on contested and consensual matters.

This is a partner-level opening where a portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships will be highly valued.

Partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors’ rights and distressed-debt matters
Proven track record of leading complex restructurings, workouts, litigation or creditor-side advisory work
Demonstrable client development ability; portable book of business welcomed
Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in Florida
