Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Fort Lauderdale

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a bankruptcy and restructuring group from the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. The role focuses on bankruptcy litigation, insolvency matters and restructuring-related transactions, with opportunities to manage complex, high-stakes matters and supervise junior lawyers.

The ideal candidate will have an established, portable practice and a track record of originating and leading work. This is a visible role with firm support for business development and cross-office collaboration.

• Established bankruptcy and restructuring practice with significant experience in insolvency litigation and related transactional work
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable book of business required
• Experience leading teams and managing complex matters
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to transfer admission
