Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Las Vegas

Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy bankruptcy and finance practice in Las Vegas. The role focuses on leading chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings, creditors’ rights matters, and distressed-debt work for a mix of domestic and cross-border engagements.

The team handles creditor-side and debtor-side representation, complex workouts and contested insolvency litigation. The partner will have client-facing responsibility, manage junior lawyers, and play a visible role on high-stakes matters.

• Established partner with significant experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors’ rights and distressed-debt transactions.
• Proven track record of leading chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, and related litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor associates and lead deal teams.
• Portable practice or demonstrable business generation capability preferred.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong commercial judgment.
