Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, London

Seeking a lateral partner to join a growing London restructuring and insolvency practice. The role focuses on bankruptcy litigation, insolvency mandates and restructuring work, with a mix of contentious and transactional matters.

You will lead cross-border restructuring matters, manage teams and develop client relationships as the practice expands. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is an important part of the profile.

• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy/insolvency and restructuring, including contested insolvency litigation.
• Proven track record of originating and leading matters and of managing junior lawyers.
• Portable client relationships or a demonstrable book of business in restructuring/insolvency.
• Ability to handle cross-border matters and work with international teams.
