Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Long Island (Garden City)

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights practice in the Long Island (Garden City) office of a leading international law firm. The role will focus on creditor-side work, debtor representations, and financially distressed transactions across commercial and corporate matters.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team advising regional lenders, creditor committees and corporate clients, supervising associates and developing client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome.

• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights matters
• Proven track record of leading engagements and managing teams
• Business development ability; a portable practice or demonstrable client origination preferred
• Active admission to practice in New York (or ability to become admitted) and strong commercial judgment
