Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring — Miami

Leading national law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice in Miami. The role focuses on bankruptcy litigation, insolvency and restructuring matters, with exposure to both contested and transactional components.

The team is prioritizing growth in its restructuring platform and seeks a partner who can contribute immediate substantive experience and help expand client relationships in the region. The position offers a high-profile practice environment handling complex debtor/creditor disputes and restructurings.

• Established partner with significant experience in bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring matters, including contested bankruptcy litigation.
• Proven track record of originating or developing client relationships; portable practice/book of business desirable.
• Ability to operate at partner level across litigation and transactional restructuring engagements.
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligible for admission; strong litigation and courtroom experience preferred.
