Senior partner hire to help expand a growing bankruptcy and restructuring practice based in Miami. The role will focus on both lender-side high-yield/distressed debt work and debtor-side restructuring matters, joining a team that is actively broadening its capabilities in these areas.

This is a leadership role with responsibility for originating and managing complex restructurings and distressed-credit transactions, mentoring junior lawyers, and helping shape practice strategy in the region. The team is seeking a partner with an established portable practice who can immediately contribute business and relationships.

The position offers the chance to build market presence in South Florida while working on sophisticated cross-border and domestic restructuring matters within a well-resourced national platform.

Established partner with substantial experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed/high‑yield finance work.
Proven track record of originating and managing complex lender‑side and debtor restructuring matters; portable client relationships required.
Demonstrable leadership, team development and business‑generation capabilities.
Licensed to practice in the United States (state bar admission as applicable).
