Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Minneapolis

Seeking an experienced partner to join a busy bankruptcy, finance and restructuring practice in Minneapolis. The role will handle creditor-side insolvency matters, distressed-debt workouts, restructurings and related financing issues across public and private debtors.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop and mentor a team, and collaborate with regional and national colleagues on cross-border and complex domestic matters. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in creditors' rights/distressed debt will be advantageous.

• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors' rights or distressed-debt matters
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred
• Strong litigation and transactional skills relevant to insolvency and debtor/creditor work
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate across offices on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
