Partner opportunity with a leading U.S. law firm to lead and grow a Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice in the Morristown market. The role is client-facing and combines case leadership with business development and team management.

The firm is expanding its regional footprint and seeks a partner with a portable restructuring practice who can originate work, manage high‑value Chapter 11 and out‑of‑court restructurings, and mentor junior lawyers.

Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and related corporate matters.
Portable practice or demonstrable business development ability in restructuring and creditor/debtor-side matters.
Track record handling complex Chapter 11 cases, workouts, and distressed M&A transactions.
Strong leadership and mentoring experience; ability to build a regional team and collaborate across practices.
Admission or eligibility to be admitted in the relevant state jurisdiction; willingness to be based in Morristown.
