Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, New York

Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its New York bankruptcy and restructuring practice. The role will handle complex creditor- and debtor-side restructurings, chapter 11 cases, and out-of-court reorganizations across industries.

The ideal candidate will take a senior practice leadership role within a busy team, work closely with corporate and finance colleagues on integrated matters, and help develop business across the region. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced platform with national reach while remaining based in New York.

• Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and related corporate work
• Strong litigation and/or transactional restructuring background (chapter 11, out-of-court restructurings)
• Demonstrated client origination and business development capability; ability to bring and grow a portable practice preferred
• Admission to the New York bar (or ability to transfer) and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
