Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, New York

Leading US law firm is seeking a partner to join its New York bankruptcy and restructuring team. The role involves advising on complex insolvency, restructuring and creditor/debtor matters across Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business, and work closely with a national restructuring practice. This is a partner-level opening for an experienced restructuring lawyer with a proven record of originating and managing client relationships.

• Partner-level experience in bankruptcy and restructuring (Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings).
• Proven track record of originating and managing client matters; portable book of business required.
• Strong client-facing, leadership and team management skills.
• Bar admission in New York or eligibility to be admitted.
