Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, New York

High-profile New York office seeking a lateral partner to expand a growing Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice. The role will focus on bankruptcy litigation, insolvency and restructuring work across complex debtor, creditor and restructuring-side matters.

Ideal candidates will join a collaborative team handling contentious and transactional work, help lead engagements, and contribute to business development as the practice grows. Portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are welcome.

• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and insolvency matters, including contested litigation.
• Ability to originate and develop business; portable practice preferred.
• Track record of leading teams and managing high‑stakes matters.
• Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction (New York preferred) and strong professional references.
