Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring — Northern Virginia

Leading national firm is seeking an experienced lateral partner to join its Northern Virginia office and lead bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights matters. The role will handle complex restructurings and insolvency-related litigation, supervise deal execution and manage client relationships across a broad creditor- and debtor-side practice.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team with a national platform and resources to support client development. There is a clear opportunity to bring or grow a portable practice and to take a leadership role within the regional restructuring group.

• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights matters.
• Proven track record of originating and maintaining client relationships; ability to develop a portable practice.
• Experience leading complex insolvency cases and supervising associates and staff.
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission.
