Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Northern Virginia office to grow a transactional corporate practice with complementary experience in technology, life sciences or financial services. The role will service M&A, capital markets and tech-related corporate matters and work closely with litigation and IP teams on related disputes and product/technology transactions.

The team is expanding and looks for a partner who can originate work, develop client relationships and collaborate across practice groups and offices. Opportunity includes business development responsibility and leadership within a multi-disciplinary platform.

Established partner with a strong transactional corporate background (M&A and/or capital markets) and significant experience with technology or life‑sciences clients preferred.
Demonstrable track record of originating or leading matters and ability to build a portable client base or expand existing relationships.
Experience collaborating with IP and litigation teams on technology-related issues and cross‑border transactions.
Excellent client development, management and mentoring skills for growing a team.
