Senior partner hire to join a global law firm expanding its corporate and technology transactional platform in the Northern Virginia market. The team advises on M&A, private equity-backed deals, capital markets work and technology and life sciences transactions for emerging growth and established clients.

The role is suited to an established partner with a portable practice who can originate and lead cross-border and domestic deals, and who has experience advising investors, issuers and tech-focused companies. You will join a multidisciplinary practice that works closely with IP, securities and sector-focused teams.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A, private equity and/or capital markets transactions.
Track record of originating and leading matters; portable client relationships preferred.
Experience with technology, life sciences or financial services clients and related commercial/IP transactional work.
Strong commercial judgment, client development skills, and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
