Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to help grow and lead its corporate and healthcare-related practices from the Northern Virginia office. The role will focus on corporate M&A and capital markets work, with significant opportunity to advise life sciences, healthcare and technology clients.

The position also supports technology transactions and IP litigation matters, and will work closely with cross-practice teams (including finance, regulatory and tech groups) to deliver integrated solutions for clients. The firm is investing in the office and is looking for a partner who can develop and mentor a team.

Portable business is welcome; candidates with an established book of business or clear ability to originate and develop client relationships will be prioritized.

Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions, including M&A and capital-markets matters.
Sector experience in healthcare and life sciences and/or technology preferred.
Track record on technology transactions and/or IP litigation is a strong plus.
Proven business development capability and experience leading teams; portable book of business preferred.
Admission to practice in relevant US jurisdiction and ability to work from the Northern Virginia office.
