Senior partner hire to join a busy Phoenix practice handling bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights matters with close ties to finance and banking work. The role combines courtroom and transactional responsibilities across debtor, creditor and lender-side engagements.

The firm is seeking a seasoned leader to grow a regional practice, mentor team members, and work collaboratively with national offices. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination capability is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors' rights and related finance matters.
Proven ability to originate and manage client matters; portable book of business or clear business development track record preferred.
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong courtroom and negotiation skills.
Comfort supervising associates and contributing to cross-office practice growth.
