Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, San Diego

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Diego bankruptcy, restructuring and creditor-side finance practice. The role focuses on representing creditors, lenders and other stakeholders in insolvency, distressed-debt and restructuring matters across chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings.

The successful candidate will join a cross-office team handling complex workout, creditor enforcement and distressed-asset transactions. This is a client-facing partner role with opportunities to develop and expand a portable practice.

• Established partner with demonstrable experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights work.
• Track record advising lenders, creditors' committees or distressed-debt investors on chapter 11 and workout matters.
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice preferred.
• Strong litigation and transactional skills in insolvency-related disputes and creditor enforcement.
