Experienced restructuring partner sought for a national, full‑service U.S. law firm with an established San Francisco presence. The role involves leading complex insolvency, creditor and debtor-side restructurings and advising clients across industries on out-of-court workouts and formal chapter proceedings.

The team handles a mix of contested litigation, chapter 11 plan negotiations and out-of-court restructurings; the hire will take a visible client-facing role, mentor junior lawyers and help grow the West Coast practice.

Established bankruptcy/restructuring partner with demonstrable track record in chapter 11 cases and complex workouts.
Portable practice or client relationships welcome; experience originating and managing business preferred.
Strong courtroom and negotiation skills; ability to lead engagements and develop junior lawyers.
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in California.
