Top-tier national law firm seeks a lateral partner to build and lead its bankruptcy and restructuring practice in the Seattle office. The role combines high-stakes insolvency work with corporate restructuring matters for a broad range of debtors, creditors and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will handle chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, debtor/creditor negotiations and related corporate work, and will appear in bankruptcy court as needed. You will collaborate with corporate and finance teams on cross-practice matters and play a central role on complex restructurings.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned partner with an existing bankruptcy/restructuring practice or portable client relationships to join a full-service platform and expand regional presence in the Pacific Northwest.

Established partner with significant experience in chapter 11 and restructuring matters
Proven litigation and courtroom experience in bankruptcy proceedings
Track record of leading complex restructurings and advising corporate stakeholders
Demonstrated business development ability and portable client relationships welcome
J.D. and active bar admission (Washington preferred)
