Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring — Washington, D.C.

Senior bankruptcy partner opportunity with a well-established national litigation and restructuring practice, based in Washington, D.C. The role will focus on leading complex insolvency and restructuring matters, with a mix of contentious bankruptcy litigation and restructuring-related transactional work.

The practice seeks a partner who can originate and grow a portable restructuring practice, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across litigation and finance teams. This is a growth-focused role with responsibility for developing client relationships and driving strategic engagements.

• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring work, including contested chapter proceedings and related litigation.
• Proven track record of business development and a portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills; experience supervising teams and mentoring associates.
• Bar admission and standing to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction; excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
