Leading international law firm seeks an experienced lateral partner to join its Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Finance team in West Palm Beach. The role focuses on creditor-side work, distressed debt, restructurings and related litigation across insolvency and workout matters.

The partner will lead engagements, mentor and grow a team, and coordinate closely with national practices to deliver cross-border and domestic restructuring solutions. The position requires active client management and visible business development within the bankruptcy and distressed-debt market.

Candidates with an established bankruptcy/creditors' rights practice are encouraged to apply; a portable book of business will be an advantage. Florida bar admission (or eligibility) is preferred.

Established practice in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors' rights or distressed-debt representation
Proven track record leading complex insolvency matters and related litigation
Client-development experience and ability to originate or expand engagements (portable business welcomed)
Admission to the Florida bar or eligibility to practice in Florida
