Senior bankruptcy and restructuring partner opportunity with a national litigation-focused firm’s Westchester office. The role emphasizes leadership of complex bankruptcy litigation, insolvency matters and restructuring-related transactions as part of a growing regional practice.

The team seeks an experienced trial-oriented partner who will handle contested matters, advise debtors, creditors and stakeholders, and help develop the office’s market presence. This is a portable-practice role; candidates with an established book of business and a demonstrated ability to originate work are encouraged to apply.

• Partner-level experience in bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring, including contested and transactional matters
• Proven courtroom and litigation management skills on complex bankruptcy matters
• Track record of originating client work or a portable practice
• Bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; strong leadership and business development capabilities
