Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditors' Rights practice in White Plains (Westchester County), NY. This role will focus on representing creditors, debtors and other stakeholders in complex restructurings, chapter 11 cases and related litigation.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record handling restructurings, workouts and creditor enforcement matters, and will work collaboratively with regional and national teams. The firm offers broad platform support and cross-practice opportunities in finance and insolvency matters.

Established partner with significant bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights experience
Proven litigation and commercial restructuring background; familiarity with chapter 11 practice
Portable client relationships / book of business preferred
New York bar admission or ability to obtain admission
Strong business development and team leadership capabilities
