Lateral Partner Bankruptcy & Restructuring Wilmington

Experienced bankruptcy partner sought to join a national law firm 9s bankruptcy and restructuring team in Wilmington. The role will focus on leading complex Chapter 11 matters, representing debtors, creditors and other stakeholders, and building a local presence for the practice.

The team handles a mix of restructuring, insolvency litigation and out-of-court workouts for corporate and financial clients. The right candidate will lead engagements, manage junior lawyers and help grow the office 9s practice through client development and cross-office collaboration.

• Established partner with substantial experience in bankruptcy and restructuring (Chapter 11, workouts, insolvency litigation)
• Proven track record of leading transactions and managing teams
• Strong client-development skills; portable business preferred
• Bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
• Excellent written and oral advocacy and commercial judgment
