Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Wilmington office to expand and lead bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights work. The role will focus on creditor-side insolvency matters, debtor restructurings and related finance work.

The partner will build and manage a team, develop client relationships and work across the firm’s finance and restructuring practices. A portable practice or ability to originate work in the creditor/debt space is important for success in this role.

Established track record in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights work.
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Experience leading teams and managing matters across bankruptcy and finance matters.
Bar admission and standing to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
