Senior partner opportunity with a major international firm seeking an experienced corporate practitioner to lead and grow its Wilmington corporate and capital markets work. The role focuses on M&A, private equity and issuer-side capital markets, with significant work advising growth-stage and technology clients and cross‑border matters.

Preferred candidates will also have experience with technology transactions and related IP litigation/transactional issues and be comfortable working with broad national and international teams. The team is expanding and the role offers a leadership position helping shape practice strategy and business development in the region.

Established partner with a track record in M&A, private equity and capital markets (issuer-side experience desirable).
Experience advising technology, life sciences, financial services or energy sector clients and handling cross-border transactions.
Familiarity with technology transactions and IP-related litigation or transactional issues.
Proven business development capability and a portable practice or demonstrable client origination skills.
Ability to lead and grow a team and collaborate across offices; admission or eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
