Senior partner hire to join a global firm’s corporate practice in Wilmington with a strong focus on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions. The role will work across corporate, finance and IP-related transactional matters, advising issuers, private equity sponsors, growth companies and strategic corporate clients.

Ideal candidates will have a portable transactional practice and the ability to originate and lead complex deals, including cross-border work and matters involving life sciences, technology, financial services or energy clients. The team values collaborative deal leaders who can develop business and mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner or equivalent with significant transactional experience (M&A, capital markets and/or technology transactions)
Proven record of originating and closing complex deals; portable client relationships preferred
Experience advising private equity, issuers, growth companies or technology clients
Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to mentor associates
Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to work in the U.S.
