Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Wilmington corporate team with a strong focus on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions. The role will work across cross‑disciplinary matters including tech licensing, IP‑adjacent deals and transactions for life sciences, healthcare and technology clients.

The hire will join a growing regional hub that collaborates with offices across the U.S. and internationally on complex corporate and transactional work. This is an opportunity to build or integrate a portable practice while contributing to a team that handles issuer‑side capital markets, PE‑oriented M&A and growth‑company matters.

Proven partner‑level experience in corporate M&A, capital markets or technology transactions.
Experience advising technology, life sciences/healthcare or financial‑services clients preferred.
Established client relationships and a demonstrable ability to bring or develop a portable practice in the region.
Strong transactional drafting, deal management and cross‑border coordination skills.
