Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Finance & Banking and Corporate practice in Wilmington. The role focuses on investment and asset management work across transactional and advisory matters for institutional and private clients.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, originate business, and mentor junior lawyers within a collaborative group. This is an opportunity to build a portable practice and play a visible role in a well-established regional practice team.

Established partner-level experience in investment management and asset management transactions and advisory work
Proven track record of originating or managing client relationships and a portable practice
Demonstrated ability to lead deals and supervise associates
Admission to the relevant state bar or ability to obtain admission; strong commercial judgment and communication skills
