Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights team in Wilmington. The role focuses on creditor-side bankruptcy work, out-of-court restructurings and related finance matters across domestic and cross-border matters.

The ideal candidate will lead transactions and contested matters, develop and manage client relationships, and help grow a busy practice. A portable practice or demonstrable origination ability is welcomed.

Established track record in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights matters
Experience handling creditor-side workouts, restructuring transactions and contested insolvency proceedings
Proven client development and practice leadership skills; portable book of business welcomed
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and ability to work in Wilmington
