International finance practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Düsseldorf capital markets team. The role focuses on advising domestic and cross-border issuers, banks and investors on securities and structured finance transactions within a market-leading, cross-border platform.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team advising on complex capital markets mandates and will work closely with regional and international colleagues. There is an expectation of commercial drive and contribution to business development; candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level track record in capital markets or related finance work, with significant transactional experience.
Qualified to practise in Germany or equivalent European qualifications and experience working on German matters.
Proven business development capability and ability to originate or bring a portable practice.
Fluency in German and English for client-facing work on domestic and international transactions.
