Leading German law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Hamburg capital markets and finance team. The role combines advisory work across securities and banking transactions, acting for issuers, banks and investors on public and private capital markets matters.

The successful candidate will lead and grow a transactional practice, work closely with colleagues across Germany and internationally, and play a visible role in client development and team management.

Proven partner-level experience in capital markets and banking/securities transactions.
Portable client relationships and a demonstrable track record of business origination.
Strong transactional and drafting skills, fluent German and English.
Ability to lead deals and support the growth of a multi-office practice.
