Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Atlanta finance and securities practice. The role focuses on capital markets work across public and private offerings, representing issuers, underwriters and financial institutions on complex transactions.

The team advises on a full range of capital markets matters and seeks a partner who can originate and lead transactions, manage client relationships, and collaborate across practices. A portable client base or proven ability to develop new business in the region is welcome.

Partner-level capital markets experience with a strong transactional track record
Portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate and nurture client relationships
Experience advising on public and private securities offerings and related financing matters
Proven leadership skills, including deal execution, client management and mentoring junior lawyers
Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent) required
