Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to expand its capital markets and finance & securities practice in Dallas. The role focuses on advising issuers, underwriters and financial institutions on public and private securities offerings, debt financings and related regulatory matters.

The partner will work closely with deal teams across offices on complex transactional matters, manage client relationships, and help grow the regional practice. This is a visible role for an experienced transactional securities lawyer who can originate and lead matters while mentoring junior lawyers.

Partner-level experience in capital markets, public and private securities offerings, and debt financings.
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is welcome.
Experience leading deal teams, supervising associates, and managing complex transactions.
Strong drafting, negotiating and client-facing skills; admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction preferred.
