The role will involve leading public and private securities transactions, advising issuers and underwriters, and supervising junior lawyers on industry-focused mandates.

The team seeks a partner able to bring and grow a portable capital markets practice, collaborate across corporate and energy/mining specialists, and help develop business in Canada (including Quebec opportunities). The role offers a clear path from income to equity partnership for proven rainmakers and experienced practice leaders.

Experienced capital markets partner with a mining/natural-resources focus.
Proven track record of originating or leading public and private securities transactions.
Ability to supervise and develop associates and build a team.
Portable practice/clients expected; open to senior candidates including those seeking a final strategic move. Quebec-facing experience an asset.
