Lateral Partner — Class Actions Litigation (UK & US offices)

Established international litigation team seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its class actions capability across UK and US offices. The role focuses on high‑stakes collective and representative litigation, across sectors, and offers significant leadership opportunity within a cross‑border practice.

Preference will be given to group moves rather than single hires; candidates with an existing portable practice and demonstrable client relationships will be prioritized. Experience in data privacy/class action intersections is a strong plus. Geography is flexible across multiple London and US offices.

• Partner‑level experience with a substantial class actions litigation background.
• Proven portable practice or book of business and ability to bring and develop client relationships.
• Track record of leading litigation teams and managing complex, cross‑border matters.
• Data privacy and product‑liability class action experience considered advantageous.
• Relevant bar admission(s) or eligibility to practice in the hiring jurisdiction(s).
