London office of a leading US-focused international firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its commercial and IP litigation capability. The role is focused on cross-border disputes, including technology, life sciences, healthcare and public company matters, with a strategic emphasis on transatlantic (UK–US) litigation work.

The successful candidate will join a senior litigation team, lead high-value cases, and work closely with commercial and regulatory colleagues. This is a partnership-level role where developing and bringing a portable practice will be an important factor in selection.

Established partner with a strong track record in commercial and/or IP litigation
Proven ability to lead major disputes and manage client relationships across industries such as technology, life sciences, healthcare and financial services
Experience handling cross-border (UK–US) matters and coordinating with US litigation teams
Ability to generate and develop a portable book of business and mentor senior associates
