Senior commercial leasing lawyer sought to join a well-regarded regional office in Kelowna. This is a partner-level opening to lead and develop leasing work locally while working closely with the firm's broader leasing team.

The role will focus on commercial leasing matters for local and regional landlords and tenants, providing hands-on drafting, negotiation and strategic advice across office, retail and industrial transactions. The office values a collaborative approach and client-facing partner capable of growing a West Kelowna/Okanagan practice.

A portable practice or book of business is welcomed and will be considered in assessing seniority and compensation, though the firm is open to candidates with demonstrable growth potential rather than a specific minimum book size.

Partner-level experience in commercial leasing and related real estate work.
Established track record of leading transactions and advising landlord/tenant clients.
Admission to the relevant Canadian bar (or eligibility) and ability to practise in the province.
Business development capability; a portable practice is an asset but flexible for strong growth candidates.
