Seasoned commercial litigator with partner-level experience and a track record of handling complex commercial disputes.
Proven ability to bring or develop a portable practice and generate business; client relationships and origination history preferred.
Strong trial and motion practice skills; experience in state and federal court litigation.
Demonstrated leadership, team management, and mentoring experience; excellent written and oral advocacy.
Admission to practice in Alaska or willingness/ability to become admitted.
