Lateral Partner — Commercial Litigation & Arbitration, Dallas

Highly regarded litigation team in Dallas is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a trial-focused commercial litigation and arbitration practice. The role emphasizes high-stakes, complex disputes, including domestic and international arbitration matters.

The partner will take responsibility for leading cases, developing client relationships, and mentoring junior trial lawyers. The team handles intensive courtroom and arbitration work, so candidates should be comfortable with heavy motion practice, discovery disputes, hearings and jury trials.

• Established partner with a demonstrable commercial litigation and arbitration practice.
• Strong trial and arbitration record, including experience leading teams in complex disputes.
• Bar admission in Texas (or eligibility) and ability to practice in relevant forums.
• Proven client development and relationship-management skills; a portable book of business is required.
