Established national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Atlanta litigation team. The role focuses on commercial litigation matters across a range of industries, leading case strategy, courtroom work, and client relationship management.

The successful candidate will join a busy, collaborative practice and be expected to develop and grow a litigation practice in the region. There is an expectation of a portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate business.

Admission to the Georgia bar (or eligible for admission)
Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation
Proven trial and/or motion practice experience and strong written advocacy
Demonstrable track record of originating or developing client relationships (portable book of business a plus)
