Lateral Partner — Commercial Litigation & Corporate (Dallas)

Established U.S. law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas litigation team, focusing on commercial disputes with crossover into corporate matters. The role will handle complex, high‑stakes cases and advise sophisticated corporate clients on dispute avoidance and resolution.

The successful candidate will lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with national practice groups. There is an expectation of contributing to business development and expanding a litigation practice with an international trade angle.

• Established partner with a strong commercial litigation track record; experience with corporate disputes preferred.
• Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships—portable practice expected.
• Experience handling matters involving international trade or cross‑border elements a plus.
