Lateral Partner — Commercial Litigation & Corporate, London

Leading UK practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its London disputes team with responsibility across commercial litigation and related corporate matters. The role is client-facing and requires someone who can lead significant matters, develop business and mentor junior lawyers.

The successful candidate will join a well-established team that acts on complex, high-value commercial disputes for corporate clients. You will work closely with fee-earners across corporate and litigation, taking a visible role in case strategy, client development and practice growth.

• Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation, ideally handling cross-border or high-value disputes.
• Track record of originating and managing client matters; a portable book of business or demonstrable client relationships preferred.
• Strong leadership and business development skills; experience mentoring and managing teams.
• Eligible to practise in England & Wales or ability to become so.
