Lateral Partner — Commercial Litigation & Corporate, London

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established international law firm’s London disputes team with a strong commercial litigation and corporate advisory focus. The role combines contentious work with transactional and advisory matters across a range of commercial sectors.

The successful candidate will join a busy practice and be expected to contribute at partner level to case handling, client relationship management and business development. There is interest in candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and grow client relationships.

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent) with extensive commercial litigation experience.
• Proven track record of partner-level fee-earning and business development.
• Ability to bring a portable practice or to demonstrate strong origination skills.
• Leadership experience, mentoring ability and experience managing complex matters and teams.
