Top-tier international law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to strengthen its Boston office with a dual litigation and corporate transactions practice. The role will focus on high-value commercial litigation and cross-border corporate deal work acting for sophisticated corporate clients.

The team handles matters across regulated and commercial sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive, with a market remit that includes major U.S. commercial centres and key European jurisdictions.

Established partner-level litigation and corporate transactions experience, with a record of leading high-value matters and managing deal/litigation teams.
Demonstrable ability to originate and grow client relationships; a portable practice is preferred.
Track record of stable tenure and team-building — candidates who have successfully expanded or integrated practice groups will be prioritized.
Admission to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction and experience on cross-border matters.
