Experienced litigation partner sought to join a well-established national law firm’s Dallas office to lead and grow a commercial litigation practice. The role will involve handling complex business disputes, leading trial teams, and managing high-stakes matters across state and federal courts.

Ideal candidates will have a strong track record of partner-level litigation experience, courtroom and motion practice capabilities, and the ability to develop and mentor junior lawyers. The firm values business development and seeks a partner who can both originate work and integrate with existing practice strengths.

Established partner-level experience in commercial/business litigation
Proven courtroom and trial experience and comfort managing major contested matters
Strong business-development orientation; portable client relationships preferred
Bar admission in Texas (or willingness to obtain) and ability to work from the Dallas office
